I downloaded Liven earlier this year after getting frustrated with myself. I was in that loop of starting little challenges like drinking more water, stretching daily, or writing before bed, but nothing lasted more than a week. A friend told me about it after seeing me juggle a bunch of random sticky notes on my fridge.
