Lead Pastor
Geoff Dunleavey serves as the Vision Caster of The Springs. His vision is to cultivate a community of believers who host the presence of God in their daily lives and in every service at The Springs. He has a passion to raise up disciples who walk in supernatural love & power.
Hailee Talley
Children's Pastor
Hailee Talley is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher of God's word. Her heart is to cultivate an atmosphere in Children's Church in which children can walk in boldness, zeal, and confidence in the power of God so that they can participate in ministry.
Diana Rowten
Administrative Assistant

Daniel Wright
Connections Pastor
Daniel Wright is passionate about serving others and watching them grow in Christ. As an active listener and encourager, he serves as our Connections Pastor. If you have any questions about our first impressions team or connect groups,

John & Lauren Ridley
Student Pastors
John & Lauren Ridley are energetic and passionate about leading today's youth in a revival-culture lifestyle. Their desire is to raise up teenagers who will stand faithful in the day of growing compromise with a godly fire in their heart that nothing can quench.
Juli Kirk
Children's Pastor
Juli is the ultimate Mom who loves & and teaches our Pre-K through K children as if they were her own. In her lessons, she breaks the Word of God down to the kid's level and uses creativity and activities to emphasize the Bible's importance. We are incredibly thankful to have this lady teaching our Little Springs about Jesus!
Miriam Bartley
Nursery Coordinator
Miriam coordinates all of our nursery volunteers and curriculum. She has a heart to pray over each little one as they enter into the nursery and delights in teaching even the youngest among us the power of God's word.
Desiree Dunleavey is a psalmist, pastor, and teacher with a contagious passion for Jesus. She has developed a fiery love for Him that cannot be quenched and desires to see the people of God brought into deeper devotion.
